Tatra Balsam Cherry is an honest herbal liqueur in which traditional Tatra recipes are combined with the intense, delicious taste of wild black cherries. The basis of this recipe is crystal clear Tatra water, mountain herb extract, and 7-times distilled alcohol, which gives the liqueur exceptional purity and smoothness. The herbs bring a traditional balsamic aroma, while the cherries provide a full, fruity layer – together they create a unique composition of flavors that is modern, but still according to the traditional recipes of our ancestors.
To ensure that all the layers of flavor come together perfectly, the liqueur is aged for two months in special tanks. Every sip is a harmonious interplay of a bitter-herbal base and sweet-fresh cherries, which give the liqueur a velvety fullness and a long-lasting fruity finish.
